Today i'm going to share to you, my experience and critics about this awesome Buffet Restaurant in Central Park Mall, West Jakarta. Basically, they sells only 3 types of meat, chicken, lamb, and beef, but they mainly sells beef meat for this buffet. It's called KINTAN BUFFET.
Actually i'm not a buffet lover person, but i heard some story from my friends about this new buffet restaurant, i saw them eating it and to be honest, it looks delicious lol. My close friends also told me that this new buffet restaurant is really good and i should try it. After i saw the review on Zomato and read some food blogger's reviews, i decided that i should give it a try. I thought that this restaurant was kinda far away because my friend ate it in Kelapa Gading Mall, but when i look at the map, it was actually really close to my house LOL. There's also a Kintan Buffet branch here at Central Park Mall. So i was really excited to try it out :D
Kintan Buffet first opened their restaurant in mid 2016 at Emporium Pluit Mall, and in August 2017 it opened their branch here at Central Park Mall. Kintan Buffet is Japanese Style All You Can Eat Restaurant. Mainly, this restaurant sells the beef meat. They more like a restaurant that sells the best part of beef meat, which i really like about this restaurant. Cause I'm a carnivore person, i really like restaurant like this, event though i'm not a buffet lover person, but when there's meat, i will be there LOL.

Kintan Buffet only has 3 types of meat: Chicken, Beef and Lamb. So this restaurant is HALAL. Meat itself has many types, depending on the choice of the Buffet menu, Buffet menu is divided into 4:
- Regular Buffet: IDR. 158,000 (10 dishes)
- Kintan Buffet: IDR. 238,000 (18 dishes)
- Wagyu Buffet: IDR. 458,000 (34 dishes)
- Kintan Premium Buffet: IDR. 338,000 (28 dishes) * BEST SELLER
The dishes above are the type of meat, not its maximum dishes, so you can order as much as you want! Cool right? I chose the regular buffet and i literally ordered maybe about 20 plates of meat LOL. Kintan also have 3 Kintan mainstay sauces on the meat for the regular buffet: Spicy Miso, Original & Garlic. This restaurant also sells many types of side dish besides the Yakiniku. It also serves various types of rice, noodle, fried potato, soup, salad and many other food (focusing on Japanese style food only). But when you come to a buffet restaurant, all you want to eat is going to be the meat right? hehehe But on my first time there, i actually tried some of their side dishes. It was actually kinda good too. The miso soup, fried potato, and the fried noodle was my favorite side dishes.
Okay, now onto the meat review. Overall i really like the meat. Personally i like the lamb meat better than the beef. The lamb meat is so tender and juicy, and when i grilled it medium rare, it's like melted in my mouth. I really really really love it. Some of the beef meat was actually pretty good too. For the beef meat i always grilled it properly. Overall i really like it. Before i grilled the meat, i dipped it into the garlic sauce, after it's cooked, i dipped it again in the garlic sauce. That's the way i eat grilled meat LOL WKWK.
I kinda enjoy eating in Kintan Buffet Restaurant. I really like the meat, the side dishes, and after that i can also eat ice cream too, which i really like about this restaurant, they serve ice cream. What i don't like is that i only have 90 minutes of eating time. I can't really enjoy my eating here because i have to eat in a rush and use all the time really well if don't want to lose out. Maybe that's the thing that i don't really like about this restaurant, but the meat was awesome, great food!
For the price i think it's worth it, Rp 158.000,- (not include tax) for all of that amazing meat. Looking forward to eat there again, maybe try another package.

DeleteThis retaurant remind me with hanamasa and shaburi,i dont realy like hanamasa but if u compare shaburi and this,which one is better? In the photo i see the meat looks so tender,and very delicious, that make me want to go there someday...(when im rich LoL)
ReplyDeleteFor me, actually i like hanamasa better than Kintan :'). Because Hanamasa don't have any time limit for eating and the meat is so various, kintan just serve 3 types of meat :')) but i really enjoy my visit here and maybe we can go together someday, of course if we have the money LOL😂😂

ReplyDeleteOh, I also like the miso soup and ice cream! We can add the tofu and dried seaweed--is it wakame?--as much as we want to the miso soup. The ice cream also tasted delicious when I tried it with cornflakes!
Well, it's better if they give more times for the costumers to eat though. I don't know if this is just me or not, but I tried the one at Surabaya with my siblings before and the service was better than the one at Kelapa Gading Mall I think. The waiter's at Surabaya gave what I ordered faster so I felt like I eat more and more satisfied at Surabaya's Kintan. :")
And I'm curious, is CP's Kintan crowded?
